Hello, I’m Lisacarriemarie, an independent Christian & Country music recording artist and songwriter of multiple genres and a member of CGM (Country Gospel Ministries Inc.), ISSA (International Singer-Songwriters Association), Sound Exchange, and ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers), and I am from Martinsville, Indiana, USA. With a deep passion for music that has been cultivated over the years, I proudly embrace my roles as a singer, songwriter, and self-taught recording music production specialist, allowing me to fully express my creativity and connect with listeners on a profound level. I grew up in a very “musical” home filled with the sound of melodies and harmonies that shaped my early experiences. My father, Pat Davis, led a fascinating life in the music industry, and his rich legacy inspires me every day. His musical journey included performing with rockabilly and country groups, and he professionally toured throughout the United States and Canada with the late country singer Bobby Helms during the 1970s, creating beautiful memories that resonated in our family. My father was a talented singer/songwriter and played guitar, bass, and mandolin, showcasing his versatility and deep love for music. He was not only a member of the CGMA, CMA, BMI, and the Indianapolis music union, but he also served as the Pastor of Gateway Tabernacle Church in Martinsville, IN, and was a bishop of International Independent Churches Fellowship, embodying his commitment to both faith and artistry. My father also became a cherished member of my band, The Sound in the Wilderness, a Southern Gospel group where he sang and played lead guitar for over a decade, leaving an indelible mark on our performances. His musical career path influenced me greatly until his passing in March of 2015, and because of my love for music and unwavering support from my family, I embraced the calling to become an ordained licensed music minister through the International Independent Churches Fellowship, Inc. at Gateway Tabernacle Church in Martinsville, Indiana, an honor that deepened my commitment to sharing faith through music. At my independent record label, Paday Records, and recording studio, Eagles Wings Studio, I produce a vibrant blend of original Christian and Country music that reflects my faith and life experiences, thoughtfully combining heartfelt lyrics with rich melodies to create an authentic sound that speaks to the soul. Having dedicated over 30 years to music ministry, I have had the incredible opportunity to perform at various events and local churches, connecting with diverse audiences and sharing my heartfelt messages that resonate deeply with their own spiritual journeys, and I treasure each moment spent in this rewarding endeavor. My greatest joy comes from glorifying the Lord through my songs and uplifting others with the transformative power of God, through music. Every performance I make serves as a reminder of the beauty of faith in action and the connection we share through shared experiences. Every note I play, and sing is a testament to my journey and commitment to spreading love and hope through my artistry, and I continuously strive to inspire others to embrace their own gifts and use them for the glory of God. Through my music, I hope to foster a sense of community and encourage listeners to find solace and strength in their spiritual lives, reminding them that they are never alone in their struggles, and instilling a sense of purpose that comes from faith, love, and the unbreakable bonds we create through the universal language of music.
